Starting August 1, 2007 all hosting, support, application development, and website development will be
managed through our sister company Faction Eight. Faction Eight is focused on providing businesses with a
complete set of Information Technology Services. In addition to web application hosting and development Faction
Eight provides setup and ongoing maintenance of hardware, software, and networks through a cost effective
monthly program.
Brainbang will continue to focus on providing leading edge marketing consultation and services that can
help expand your market and build your brand. Now by partnering with Faction 8 we will be able to provide you an
even higher level of service than ever before.

1. Will there be any changes to our rates or support program? No, your rates and support program will
continue as they are.
2. Who will be billing us? Your bills for August 2007 service on will be coming from Faction 8.
3. Who do we contact regarding support, billing questions, and new web projects? The Team at Faction 8
will be your main contact for all support, web development, and IT support needs.
4. What services can Faction 8 Provide? Faction 8 provides ongoing computer maintenance, network setup
and support, custom software and website development, hosting, and commerce software.
5. Where does BrainBang fit in? BrainBang is focusing our operations on marketing services. The team at
faction 8 works closely with us on all client marketing consultation and promotion needs.
