Our goal is to radically change the way business looks at IT services by providing companies of all sizes access to a consistently high quality and reliable service team that they can trust to get the tasks done each time.
A Very Brief History....
I spent a lot of years as an IT director at several companies before stating Faction 8. Like most people I was always looking out for someone or a company that will help me support my company more effectively. I didn’t want to micromanage them and I didn’t want to get into heated discussions with Management or accounting at the end of each month, Faction 8 was really born because of my inability to find a company that I felt could consistently offer us a high level of cost effective services. We weren’t asking for much at least we didn’t think we were. Show up on time, complete the task, make your pricing and costs transparent, and don’t add hours or ridiculous markups to equipment and materials...see not much at all. I soon realized that this was not an easy task and so Faction 8 came to be...My goal is to make sure our clients are provided with service the way I want it to be and our team of professionals strives everyday to achieve that.
